Why are the size of goalie equipment and nets suddenly a huge deal because Mike Babcock complained about them? These topics were barely talked about when Babcock coached the Red Wings, but now he coaches the Leafs, and now it's a big deal. Go figure.

Does anyone else find Steve Williams' comments about being Tiger's slave inappropriate? There's the obvious question about referring to himself as a slave when he was a paid employee, but more than that, he was paid very well. The man made millions as Tigers' caddy and was also the best man at Tiger's wedding. After a split years ago, Steve Williams is now coming across as a jaded, immature ex who simply wants attention now that he's a caddy no more.

It's no secret that SS Jose Reyes is upset about being dealt to the NL worst Colorado Rockies, mainly because Reyes isn't keeping anything to himself. He's been crying to the media, slamming his helmet in the dugout and playing with next to no gusto. Jose, if you were better at Shortstop, you'd still be in Toronto with a contender, Be a pro. Stop whining, put your head down and get to work. That will get you to a contender.
